Give Volunteers seeks to empower world travelers with an even greater mission—helping those in need. They came asking for an eye-popping, engaging website to inspire wanderlust.
This was a particularly difficult challenge, as our client felt our early designs were “too boxy.” We took this to mean we should explore, and designers love to break outside the box!
We developed the idea of “friskets,” or masked illustrative layers on top of divs to give the website a distinctly no-line feel. The result was explosive, colorful, and altogether engaging.
