Microsoft came to my team asking for help promoting their Leap Apprenticeship program. They wanted a short video they could use at various events and conferences to help convey their message quickly, succinctly, and lively!
From the start I knew this was going to be a fun project. I’d get to hone my animating skills, illustrate an array of characters, and produce an edited video from scratch.
Leap is a "jump start" for people of diverse backgrounds
The Leap program wanted to feel available to anyone. We examined the customer journey and transformed it into storyboards. Several rounds of revisions later, and we were able to distill the Leap process into a quick video to help recruiters get their point across quickly.
